The foundation for success is based on quality training and support. New agents at McMillin Realty receive two weeks of comprehensive training from our senior managers in our renown Partners for Success Program. We want you to succeed and believe in giving you the tools to make it happen.

Want to become a Real Estate Agent?
McMillin Realty highly recommends that you contact the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors to enroll in their real estate courses.   You will need to take three courses before signing up to take the Department of Real Estate’s State Exam to obtain your real estate license.  Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) offers all three courses.
